We are thrilled to announce that we have attracted a new German investor to Logistics park Pleven. The German company KAYSER Automotive Systems GmbH (Kayser) have decided to enter into a long-term partnership with us. Kayser are producing automotive components (pipe systems, valves, tanks, etc.) at the Pleven location.
We share common values, and it is of utmost importance for both companies to establish lasting and sustainable partnerships. The key tenant will operate in Pleven for an initial period of 10 years. In 2024, Kayser shall begin production of automotive components on an area of 5,269 sq.m., with the possibility of expanding within the project by an additional 5,000 sq.m. The building is divided into sectors and includes a production hall, warehouse, administrative sector with offices and facilities for technical maintenance.
This successful relationship has been achieved collaboratively by the investors, the government, and local authorities. We are delighted that Kayser has chosen us as a partner and Pleven as their preferred location for investment in Bulgaria.
