The project in Sofia West, located on a plot of 29 776 sq.m. is in development process!
We prepare the plot in the western part of Sofia and shall construct an air-conditioned warehouse and logistics building with a total built-up area of 13 000 sq.m.
The building is newly designed as a one-storey building, in accordance with all regulatory requirements. It consists of warehouses (height of 10.5 m) with office areas and sanitary facilities, with loading ramps per each 700 m2. The plot has an entrance/exit which is 200 m away from E80, with access to the road to town of Bozhurishte.
