"Industrial Zone-Pleven" Ltd. is a company that owns and manages the industrial and logistics park in Pleven: Industrial Park Pleven. The company is owned by Tvaistock Group Bulgaria (51%) and FPI (49%) – both with long – term history, expertise and experience in the sphere of industrial properties, residential and office buildings, management of hotels and holiday resorts primly located in Sofia and across Bulgaria.
